Welcome to my coaching page! I’m Cindy Diehl, fitness coach and TRX instructor. I struggled with being overweight for much of my teenage and adult life, until I found the right coach who helped me reach my health and fitness goals. Now I want to encourage you! Here is what I can offer you:

GUIDANCE: Everyone is different. You may love Zumba or maybe Boot Camp is more your style. Let me help you find an exercise program that suits your style, and a nutrition plan for life. Forget fad diets. Learn to eat healthy for life.


SUPPORT/ACCOUNTABILITY: This is the component missing in many health and fitness programs. Many of us know what we should be doing to become healthier, but we lack the support to keep going. It’s impossible to be motivated 100% of the time. That’s where I can help: I like to think of it as ‘Fitness + Nutrition + Support = SUCCESS!’
