My family

I’m Cindy. I love to work out and be healthy. But more than that, I love the Lord. I want to honor and glorify God in all my roles – as a wife, homeschool mama, athlete, and friend.

In the last two years, I have lost more than 40 pounds. I am in the best shape of my life, and feel great. I have learned the impact of different foods on my body and how to eat according to my goals. I am now a TRX instructor and an online fitness coach. I hope to inspire others in their own fitness journeys, both physical and spiritual.

A few Bible verses that inspire me: 

“…do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

“For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8

“She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong.” Proverbs 31:17

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. . .” Hebrews 12:1

    After my dad’s death in March of 2015 plus some health problems, my weight is now up to were I was after giving birth to my fourth. I’m almost 40 and workout a min of 3X a week. I eat clean, healthy and understand nutrition. I don’t understand why I’m not losing. Unless I’m still just eating too much. My last weight loss round in 2012 I used WW to lose 30 lbs. Curious what you used/did to lose your weight. You look amazing!
