Have you ever found a four-leaf clover? A friend once gave me one she had found, and I saved it for a long time flattened inside a book. Maybe one day I’ll remember which book it’s in! I became curious about the significance of the four-leaf clover while creating this new goal tracker, so I looked it up on Wikipedia: “The four-leaf clover is a rare variation of the common three-leaf clover. According to tradition, such clovers bring good luck: If consumed, a genie appears. This genie grants you three wishes. These three wishes must be used in one year. In addition, each leaf is believed to represent something: the first is for faith, the second is for hope, the third is for love, and the fourth is for luck.” Well, I didn’t eat my clover so I guess I missed out! 😉

You have the opportunity to earn 31 ‘clovers’ in March as you work towards your goal. I plan to use my tracker for my workouts. Each day I workout, my children will put a sticker on this chart. (Rest days are important, so if you want to designate a day as a rest day, you can still earn a sticker on that day.) You can use this chart for whatever goal you have set for yourself. If you want to commit to cleaning for a certain amount of time each day, track it with this chart. (Imagine how clean your house will be by the end of the month if you did that!) Maybe you want to set a goal of just eating breakfast everyday? Or taking a walk? I would encourage to set one goal for the month, something realistic that you can track daily.

I’m on a roll with the Daily Burn (this link will take you a free trial linked to my DB account). Since January 1, I have completed every single workout that is broadcast live at 9am. Today is February 27, so that means I’ve completed 58 Daily Burn 365 workouts. There are about 10 NYC-based trainers that rotate leading the 30 minute workouts each day. I wish I could say I have a favorite amongst the group, but I LOVE all of the trainers and I struggle to skip a day because I don’t want to miss any of their workouts. Another aspect I love about DB365 is the show really promotes overall wellness, not just flat abs and a shredded body. It has done wonders for my mindset, for my body image to be part of this community (this link will take you to the most positive, amazing, uplifting group on Facebook). While the workouts are live at 9am ET, they are available on demand for 24 hours until the next workout show goes live. I typically do the workouts after we finish our homeschooling day. Join me in the Facebook group and on Daily Burn, and let’s encourage one another!
