An apple a day keeps the doctor away…or, in this case, a sticker on your September apple chart will not only help keep you healthy, it can put you in a better mood and help you feel your very best! I’m a calmer, happier mama when I’m active.
You set your intention for the month and use this chart to keep you on track. Get your children involved by letting them put a sticker on your chart each day you achieve your goal (trust me, they’ll keep you accountable!). For me to earn a sticker, I have to be intentional and workout for at least 15 minutes each day. I often do more, but that’s the minimum I set for myself. You determine how much and how often is best for you, and track your progress!
Print your chart (and laminate it, too, if you’re like me). Don’t forget to share this post with a friend who could use some extra motivation. Sticker charts make life more fun!
