Each day I complete a workout, my kids take turns putting a sticker on my chart. It’s a great motivator, especially since my kids LOVE putting the stickers on and encourage me to get my workout done.

The BEST goals are S.M.A.R.T. ones – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound! I would encourage you to decide now on a reward you will give yourself to celebrate your success.
